Can I use it without installing an app?
Yes. Homvio works in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You don't need to install anything to start.
Does a photo find my warranty?
A photo can help identify equipment: Homvio suggests what the item is, and you confirm the details before saving. Actual warranty coverage comes from your paperwork and the applicable terms, so confirm those details rather than relying on a guess.
Can I share the record?
Yes. Share the whole home or specific items with the people you choose, for a set time or until you revoke it. Transferring ownership is a separate step: the person you send it to reviews and accepts the home record in their own account.
Is Homvio free?
For one home, yes — the Single Home plan costs $0 and needs no credit card. More homes are on the Multi-Property plan ($14.99/mo or $164.89/yr). Realtors, contractors, property managers and service providers have their own accounts; see the pricing page for current plans.
Is my information private?
Your home data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Location data is removed from photos before they're stored or sent for identification. The Privacy Policy lists every company that processes data for us.
