Open the home from your realtor dashboard and select Closing in the strip under the photo to set its closing date. Anyone who can edit the home can change it.
When you select Transfer and the closing date is still ahead, you can choose Send on closing day. Nothing is sent until then: that day, Homvio emails your buyer the transfer, and it shows up for them. You can add a video walkthrough link to any transfer; YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom links play right on the transfer page your buyer opens.
Keeping track
Transfers on your realtor dashboard lists every transfer you've sent or scheduled, with where it stands. Select Resend to email a waiting transfer again, or Cancel to stop a scheduled one before its send date.
When your buyer accepts or declines, you get a notification that links to the home.
